Yes, we have a general liability policy as well as workman’s comp insurance. Please ask us and we’ll email a copy to you for proof
What areas do you service?
All of L.A county. NOTHING outside of L.A county.
What should I do to prepare for my cleaning?
Please make sure everything is cleared away from the windows and we have access to work. We would prefer if the homeowner or somebody in charge is there for the duration. Please try to schedule us on different days than the gardeners//landscapers//construction crews.
How often do people get the service?
We service monthly, quarterly, twice a year. We can work with your demands!
I have hard to reach windows, can you still clean them?
Yes, we have a 40ft dionized waterfed pole system.
Do you take your shoes off inside?
Yes. Also, Towels are placed on carpet and floor for protection
Do you use razor blades?
Only after customer’s approval. PAINT//Construction debris REMOVAL may be subject to a higher charge.
What happens if I see streaks or missed windows after the service has been performed?
Please call us and we will promptly return to resolve any outlying issues free of charge.
